World Congress
The World Council members normally meet every three years for a World Congress in which scholars, researchers and administrators interact with counterparts from around the globe on international issues concerning education.
The 14th World Congress
The 14th World Congress will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, 14-19 June 2010 with the theme "Bordering, Re-Bordering and New Possibilities for Change in Education and Society".
